You rent its brain from OpenRouter, run it on a small cloud server you lock down with Tailscale and a firewall, and teach it safety rules in a SOUL.md file. Real cloud, networking, and AI-safety skills. Includes a concept track and a quick local-only option for anyone not doing the full build.
